A long time ago, this place of Hiroshima has been bomb by United States Army Air Forces because of the war at that time. The ruin of the hall serves as a memorial to the people who were killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. Over 70,000 people were killed instantly, and another 70,000 suffered fatal injuries from the radiation.


Last month, me and my partner visited Hiroshima and went to the Atomic Bomb Dome (also called Hiroshima Peace Memorial, Genbaku Dome, A-bomb Dome) it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. While walking around the area, it feels like I'm at ease because it's peaceful. It was beautiful because of the sunset, I was astonished and felt sad at the same time because of what happened before it became what it is now.
