Aromas in this facility

  • Fragrant hospitality

A special aroma will attend to your guests.

Aromatherapists at SPA sizuku coordinate the scents on each floor.

  • The beginning of scent attendance...
This facility provides visually impaired customers with free tactile maps to guide them around the facility, but we have received complaints from blind customers saying, "There are no audio guides in the elevators, so I couldn't tell which floor I was on."We received the following comments:(Currently, the east side elevator has an audio guide function.)
We wondered if there was a way to distinguish floors other than through sight, hearing, and touch, and decided to change the scent on each floor so that floors could be distinguished by the sense of smell. This was the beginning of our "Scent Attendance" service.
The facility's own spa has an aromatherapist on-site."Aroma Attend" is an aroma (scent) mixed by a professional aromatherapist.
Both customers with and without disabilities are welcome to enjoy the "pleasant fragrant hospitality" together.
