Udon is one of the famous noodles in Japan that love not only by the Japanese but also by the foreign people. It is made from wheat flour, used in Japanese cuisine. There are many variety of ways it is prepared and served. Its simplest form is in a hot soup as kake udon with mild broth called kakejiru made from dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. It has a soft texture that can eat easily from both adults and children.

Last time, I came to this udon restaurant and ordered their famous soba with beef and egg on the top. They have a various menu that you can enjoy with udon.
